Talya’s Treats started in 2021. However, in August 2023, I switched over to a fully gluten-free and dairy-free baking business! These desserts are for all occasions!
You can find me at the Burlington Farmers Market every other Saturday: November 9th, November 23, December 7, December 21, January 11, January 25, February 8, February 22, March 8, March 22, April 12 from 10-1!

"I had a bite of the blueberry cornmeal tart on Sunday & liked it but I didn't devour it right away... But then last night, I returned from a pre- dinner walk, spotted it on my kitchen counter & promptly had black bear cub-level sticky blue goodness proudly on both sides of both hands & though to myself I need a glass of cold milk... wait.. its' moist. Do I need milk?!? I don't even need milk!!?!, sat on the couch and used my fingertips to get every last morsel of the tart. Then I ate my dinner like a good adult. “My husband is gluten free and I am lactose intolerant- we make due, but it can be a difficult pairing when we are craving a sweet treat. Enter Talya- no compromises needed, and no longer do we need to deal with the consequence of upset stomachs in the name of delicious desserts. Desserts without dairy or gluten is a daunting task, and it is easy to not get the texture or moisture correct to the point where you don’t miss either.
